WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please note that all of our products are meticulously handcrafted with the highest attention to detail, quality, and workmanship. If your item is in stock, it will typically ship within 1-3 business days from date of payment confirmation. If we don’t have the item in inventory, it will be put into production and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Please contact us to do a stock check prior to ordering if you need your product within a certain time frame, otherwise please allow 1-2 week for your item to ship.
Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please contact us to ensure the product is in fact repair- able. Each product is already registered under the original purchaser, and we need to do verification before taking in any repairs. Send us a picture of the unique code inside the bag, the part that needs to be repaired, and your personal information.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com or Whatsapp ( +62 8195 1105 90 ) within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. Artolouis will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
